Chicken BLT Wraps

These wraps are easy to make and taste delicious. We’ve made them for a women’s luncheon and they also make a nice break from sandwiches in the lunchbox.


Chicken BLT Wraps
Recipe type: Main
  • 8 large tortillas (we used 4 plain and 4 whole wheat)
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 package bacon
  • 4 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1-2 cups marble cheese, grated
  • 8 leaves red leaf lettuce shredded
  1. Cook bacon until crispy. Cool between sheets of paper towel to remove fat. Once cooled, chop bacon into small pieces.
  2. Layout the tortillas on a clean surface and spread miracle whip or mayonnaise along the centre of the wrap.
  3. Place sliced chicken on the miracle whip/mayonnaise.
  4. Sprinkle bacon on the chicken.
  5. Top the meat with cheese, tomato and lettuce.
  6. Fold one end of the tortilla up and then fold each side of the tortilla over. You will need toothpicks to hold the tortillas together.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
